Work will begin over this weekend to complete phase 2 of the makeover of EIRCA Live. This will include work on the intuitive knowledgebase, a possible “pda version” of submitting/tracking tickets, live sales request forms (for dedicated server clients) and a few cosmetic changes.

Last year, due to a massive internal rebuilding at EIRCA and the introduction of many new services and functionality to our services, our staff unanimously agreed to waive their right to the Easter holiday.
