This is just a quick post to clarify the start date for H-Sphere. As you’ll by the announcement about the H-Sphere start date, our “big opening” is set for March 17th. This is not the start date for the service, however. That start date is now.

We will, however, be making a very, very, big song and dance about the new H-Sphere offerings on March 17th. Yes, “GET LUCKY!” will be back and yes, we’ll be starting advertizing again at all the old hangouts. In effect, the traffic being drawn to the H-Sphere offerings is, until March 17th, going to be “word of mouth” and press releases (not to mention our old friend Google). (more…)

After the tech team, including myself, had finished with the final touches on the new cluster, we have now completed the frontend side of things. There will be a few additions here and there in the next 24 hours, but for the main part it is completed.

We’re looking at a tentative time of 2am EST on Tuesday morning for allowing new signups. At the time of writing, our development team are putting the finishing touches to the H-Sphere system and are expected to release it for sales shortly before the time stated above.

After so many requests for a dev-based blog, we’ve decided to have it coincide with our new H-Sphere offerings.

Because H-Sphere is more open to development, you can expect many updates here from all the EIRCA staff, but mainly myself (Simon) and Stiofan.

There’ll be more posts made over the next 48 hours as H-Sphere goes “privately public”.
