Christmas letter to our resellers (December 21, 2007)
Greetings:
All of the staff at EIRCA Ltd would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a
prosperous new year.
In the spirit of the season, we’d like to inform you of two items that are for immediate release:
1) We’d like you, our valued clients, to get the most out of this holiday season. You may work tirelessly through the year but we believe you should be able to relax through the holiday season. With that in mind, we’d like to extend an offer to give you free end user support for the holiday season. We’ll take care of your clients support requests for you through the holiday season.
The end user support period in question would be December 22nd through to January 2nd. If you’d like to take us up on this offer, please create a ticket through our ticket center requesting such. End user technical support will be provisioned to your account for the period outlined above, free of charge.
2) We’ve left you a gift in your invoice section: A $10 credit for use at your own discretion. You can use this credit for any purpose related to your account.
