Easter hours of operation (March 18, 2008)

Loading ...Last year, due to a massive internal rebuilding at EIRCA and the introduction of many new services and functionality to our services, our staff unanimously agreed to waive their right to the Easter holiday. This year, we will be operating under holiday hours for Easter, one of only two holidays in the year. Please see below for the specifics:Friday 21st - Monday 24th March (inclusive)
- Accounting department will be closed
- Sales department will be lightly staffed with response times expected to be 8-12 hours.
- Technical support department will be staffed with emergency response technicians available. General support requests will be handled within 12 hours, emergency support requests within, as always, 15 minutes.
- Phone support will not be available for issues other than emergencies.
