Loading ...Work will begin over this weekend to complete phase 2 of the makeover of EIRCA Live. This will include work on the intuitive knowledgebase, a possible “pda version” of submitting/tracking tickets, live sales request forms (for dedicated server clients) and a few cosmetic changes.
Phase 3, the largest and final phase, will see the introduction of one-click reboots, mrtg graphs, OS reloads and more, for dedicated server clients.
As part of phase 2, we will be taking the portal offline approximately four times, each one spanning ~2 hours. This will be announced with plenty of time to spare, closer to the dates in question.
