Over the coming weeks, we will be moving in to a new building in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, as our base for operations in the region. Staff have previously been working remotely, but the move to the new office is now set to go ahead due to local demand. (more…)

Work will begin over this weekend to complete phase 2 of the makeover of EIRCA Live. This will include work on the intuitive knowledgebase, a possible “pda version” of submitting/tracking tickets, live sales request forms (for dedicated server clients) and a few cosmetic changes.

Last year, due to a massive internal rebuilding at EIRCA and the introduction of many new services and functionality to our services, our staff unanimously agreed to waive their right to the Easter holiday. Ah, St. Patrick’s Day. A time for remembering one of the greatest people to ever grace the shores of “God’s Country”. Well, that and the drinking of green beer.

St. Patrick’s day has become synonymous with many things. Five years ago, we dreamed up a small-time promotion that would let us have a little fun with our visitors and clients: we hid pots of gold around our site and, once clicked, those pots revealed a prize.
